We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy and outreach activities, our team works tirelessly and passionately to provide support to individuals and communities who need it the most. We strive to improve quality of life and make individuals more resilient, whether you have a long term health condition or just want to get healthier. The coronavirus pandemic has impacted on millions of individuals physically and mentally and we want to help if you need our support. The pandemic has changed the world and has changed the way we live and how we behave in the future. The importance of being healthy is even more paramount now and More Horizons will help people in their journey to achieve this. A healthy body means a healthy mind and vice versa. Healthy people lead to healthier communities and a powerful workforce to lift the nation's spirits and to prosper. More Horizons is committed to make this happen.

MOTIVATION- NUTRITION - MINDFULNESS
(FREE PROGRAMME FOR INDIVIDUALS TO ATTEND)
Attending our 'In-Control' programme is extremely beneficial for personal wellbeing. Participants feedback has been very positive and in line with the ambition to reduce health in-equalities.
In-Control programme offers participants to get motivated to achieve goal/s, learn about good balanced diet and focus on your mind by learning mindfulness techniques.
Each session offers lifestyle recommendations and self-help tools, focusing on:

· Nutrition
· Mindfulness - Relaxation / stress management

I had an opportunity to attend Bollywood Workout sessions, both, on-line and face-to-face. I have to say, it was extremely enjoyable; not just because I am a great fan of Bollywood but the overall experience was very holistic and professional at the same time. Dance instructor/ facilitator was very enthusiastic and equally considerate about different ethnic backgrounds and physical fitness of an individual but still got everyone together in a way that all of us could enjoy. It felt like a breath of fresh air after Covid restrictions. More so, I could see myself making new friends too with the bunch of lovely people I met at the Bollywood Dance Workout session!
