More Horizons is a voluntary organisation set up to support the community to improve their health and wellbeing. More Horizons is committed to protecting the privacy of its supporters, clients and stakeholders. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the UK General Data Protection Regulations.
We are legally obliged by the Data Protection Act 1998 to make sure that we only use your information for the purpose for which it was requested, and to make sure it is kept securely and not shared without your explicit permission. We are constantly improving our systems and processes to make sure that your data is handled efficiently and safely. We will only share any correspondence with you with your express consent and keep all e-mail addresses, names and Internet Protocol (IP) address securely. We do not shared your data with any other services or systems. Personal data such as your email or contact details collected when you contact us is not to be retained for longer than is necessary.
