PROGRAMME DETAILS

Our ‘In Control’ programme will provide you with a combination of physical, emotional and practical support. Our sessions will help you to learn about how to motivate, eat well and how to look after your emotional health especially in the current challenging times amidst the ongoing covid pandemic. Our input will help you on the path of hope and control.
You can attend first 3 hour session with our experts on Motivation, Nutrition and Mindfulness followed by 2 follow-up sessions.
