Mindfulness activity for people experiencing anxiety, stress or low mood. Our mind can be distracted and we at times find hard to focus. This activity will help people to focus and help them to concentrate on what they are doing.
It also helps people who are having anxiety issues.
Weekly session on Mindfulness and Meditation
Join the session via internet - details will be provided once you register
1 hour sessions - once a week
6 - 8 people in each session
